The Tallini Family (17.11.1998 – 11.08.2019), one of the few micronations enjoying de facto or de jure recognition by government or quasi-government entities, ended its existence in August 2019, with the death of Lady Anna Tallini (22.12.1932 – 11.08.2019). After the end of The Tallini Family, the Kaisiris Clan was formed by Meddíss Túvtiks Kaisiris Tallini — aka Cesidio Tallini —, and it is still under formation.

Cesidian law unions

There are three unions recognised under Cesidian law:

  • Stirpesation, Marriage, or family-forming union;
  • Gentilisation, Ordination, or clan-forming union;
  • Curialisation, Consecration, or congregation-forming union.
Cacophilous-euphilous

The purpose of common marriages or stirpesation is sex and renewal, which produces a family (stirps). These opposition-like Keplerian harmonic aspects also foster Aristotelian politics or civilisation (a city-based paradigm), rather than discourage it.

True societies or koinonies (κοινωνίες) — singular: koinonia (κοινωνία) —, on the other hand, would create polyphilia (πολυφίλια), or the society of loving siblings. These are brother–sister kinds of relations, rather than husband–wife kinds of relations. The purpose of this higher kind of union, or gentilisation, is emancipation and self-government, which produces a clan (gens). These trine-like Keplerian harmonic aspects also foster a basic form of Pythagorean politics or societalism — a single society-based paradigm.

The Kaisiris Clan will not be formed through Stirpesation, Marriage, or the family-forming union, but through Gentilisation, Ordination, or the clan-forming union.

Proper Kaisiris name usage

The Kaisiris Clan name — Ancient Greek: Καϊσίρης — uses the singular form in Ectoenglishⓔ, and in most other languages and ectolanguages.

However, the clan's name appears in its plural form in some ectolanguages — as Gens Kaisirides in Ectoitalianⓘ; Gens Kaisirides in Ectolatinⓛ; and ƨɘbiɿiƨiɒʞ ƨnɘϱ in Ectooscanⓞ since 25.01.2022. Any attempt to merge Ancient Greek and Ectogreekⓖ was completely abandoned on 26.01.2022, since modern Greek is too different from the ancient language, and an original «Κλάν Καϊσίρης» form of the name was adopted for Ectogreekⓖ, since all other Ancient Greek terms sometimes used in Cesidian societal-political science are now confusing, and/or incomplete in modern Greek usage, as the table below shows.

However, if one is mentioning all the Kaisiris Clan members collectively, then the plural form for Kaisiris must be used even in Ectoenglishⓔ, or Kaisirides — Ancient Greek: Καϊσιρηδές.

For example, one would call all the Kaisiris Clan members 'The Kaisirides', even in Ectoenglishⓔ.

  3. Ancient Greek for ectopolitans: Pythagorai (Πυθαγόραι), or gods. Singular: Pythagoras (Πυθαγόρας)
  4. Ancient Greek for exopolitans: Pythagora (Πυθαγόρα) — this is the dual form in Attic Greek. According to the Holy Bible, only two Pythagora or Gods exist. They are mentioned in Isaiah 44:6, and are both called Yehovah [ יְהֹוָה ] — dual form: Yehovih [ יֱהֹוִה ]. It seems that instances of multiple Pythagoras-like humans — or ectopolitans, Pythagorai (Πυθαγόραι), or gods — are theoretical theology, not applied theology at best.
