Paradiplomatic Affairs (PdA) is a paradiplomatic organisation, but also a Pythagorean or ectopolitan one, which was founded on 24.05.2013, and by merging three real and successful micronational professional organisations:

  • the Micronational Professional Registry (03.03.2006 – 24.05.2013)
  • the Fifth World Accreditation Agency (31.03.2006 – 24.05.2013)
  • the Fifth World Health Organisation (20.06.2007 – 24.05.2013)

The word 'paralegal' stands for a person who works beside, near, alongside a lawyer. The meaning of this word is founded in one of the meanings of the ancient Greek prefix para- (παρά). However, the para- prefix in English words can also have the alternate meaning of above or beyond something, such as when it is used in the word 'paranormal'. The word 'paradiplomatic', also means above or beyond diplomacy.

An 'ectopolitan', on the other hand, is a human being, but not a citizen even informally, rather a 'delineate', one whose rights depend not on a political or even legal system, but on the few people of goodwill and decency with which he is surrounded.

An ectopolitan person is one who is completely outside of politics or the UN, someone who is not affected or influenced at all by politics within, or between individual states or countries.

This is the societal, and most frequent situation.

Under more exceptional circumstances, or in a multisocietal situation, the few people can become not just clans or small organisations, but larger congregations, businesses, or institutions, and even small states or countries.

This is the purpose of the Paradiplomatic Affairs (PdA) ectoagency, a multisocietal agency (or 'ectoagency') which also stands behind all ectopolitan, even cosmopolitan persons, families, clans or small organisations, but also larger congregations, businesses, or institutions, and even highly progressive small states or countries.

Agencies, micronations, organisations

The Paradiplomatic Affairs (24.05.2013 – Ω) or PdA ectoagency currently recognises passports, ID cards, employee cards, life member cards, and even wildlife tags of the following agencies, micronations, or organisations:

  • Organization of Emerging African States
  • Nations without States
  • Independent Principality of Islet of Pontinha (Principado Independente do Ilhéu da Pontinha)
  • Ostaladon (music production and composition company)
  • Federal Republic of Lostisland (micronation)
  • World Academy of Buddhist Scholars
  • Interfaith Nutrition Network
  • WQXR (105.9 FM, NYC)
  • California Alumni Association
  • Penn State Alumni Association
  • American Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel (including wildlife tags)
  • Internet Archive

Regions, peoples, or nations

Because of current, past, even ancient relationships, publications, or recognitions, on a case-by-case basis, the PdA ectoagency may also accept the fantasy identity, permanent residence, and/or travel document, and/or college or university degree of select high-ranking individuals from, or born in, the following regions, special administrative regions, peoples, nations or tribes:

  • Ojibwe (Chippewa)
  • Antarctica
  • Taiwan
  • Hong Kong
  • Macao/Macau

Special cases

On a case-by-case basis, the PdA ectoagency may also accept United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) documents, and any other document along with these.

The PdA ectoagency also recognises the well-established Cesidian (17.11.2001) demonym, and Cesidian spiritual science (29.11.2019) practitioners; Neocartesian (24.11.2007) nationals, ectoprofessionals (05.06.2022), and scholars; as well as Pythagorean (03.09.2013) citizens and paradiplomats (24.05.2013).

Ecto–PdA office

Paradiplomatic Affairs also has an office of ectopolitan (01.01.2021) affairs, known simply as Ecto–PdA (04.07.2022).

Ecto–PdA deals primarily with ectopolitan affairs, which includes fields like Cesidian law or ectojurisprudence (25.07.2003), ectogeology (01.12.2017), ectolinguistics (29.12.2020), ectogeography (03.02.2021), even ectoastronomy (03.02.2021).

Because of current United Nations (UN) and UN member monopolies, ectopolitan affairs are essentially above lower Earth orbit (epi-LEO) affairs.
